ISCS done, BP high, breathing problem, creatinine level high. Cause of high creatinine level?
my wife had lscs on last 17th she had bp around 150/90 through out the pregnancy and after lscs her bp comes to normal but after 2 days she has some difficulties like breathing not properly and went to hospital found bp high and creatinine lvl is 2.9 on next day 3.9 and today 4.1 wat will be the cause of high creatinine level at the time of pregnency kidny function test was done and is satisfactory

Your wife seems to have gone into Ecclampsia related kidney injury.
Other cause could be injury to yhe ureters during surgery.
I advise you consult a Nephrologist immediately to manage her condition.
