IS It Because Of Pregnancy That I Have Missed My Periods ?
hello doctor , i am 23 yrs old. i had my second iui on 6th june 2011 due to low sperm count . lmp 27th may 2011. i missed my period . and shows negative in home pregnency test. why should i missed the period ? is it really due to pregnency?

You need to wait for 7-10 days to see if the period is delayed or missed. I would recommend you get an ultrasound after that time to confirm, after taking a Pregnancy test.
