IBS, diarrhea. Endoscopy shows reddish small intestine. History of stomach problems. Treatment?

hi dr..i had stomach problem since child hood..everytime dirreah .but now iam getting serious.i cant eat meat,drink milk or anything that gives. me energy.i also had endoscopy only small intenstine was reddish nothing age is 23 and weight is 48kg.drs say me that i have ibs ...i have taken many medicines but nothing happend...plz help me

Hi, many thanks for the query!
Yes, your picture fits more in "IBS", most common cause is stress.
You need to do- Stool (Culture & Sensitivity), CBC, LFT, ESR.
Investigations to rule out coeliac disease, Hydrogen breath test to exclude fructose/lactose malabsorption.
Do Yoga & Meditation, also do regular exercise.
Avoid milk & milk products, take a low FODMAP (Fermentable, Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And Polyols) diet, eat High Fibre diet & green leafy vegetables.
Drink plenty of water.
Take antispasmodics, antacids with your doctor's opinion.
