I Would Like To Know Whether I Can Take A Full Or Only Half A Dose Of Tylenol?
Hi My name is lana I m 14 weeks pregnant and have a really bad sore throat and i bought Tylenol cold sore throat no alcohol in it its a liquid form its got the 500 milagrams Acetaminophen. just would like to know can I take a full dose or only half or not at all.
