I work out regularly My blood pressure has been very good 117/72 pulse 68. I have gain 16 pounds over the holidays, but I think some of the weight is muscle. Going from 183 to 200 since I quit smoking back in May of 2016. Saw the DOC today BP was 161/89 pulse 89!!!!!!. Bought a BP cuff. Checked BP since .... now pulse is 97!!!
