I work in my laptop for more than 10 hours

I work in my laptop for more than 10 hours a day. Should I wear anti reflecting glass? (or) wear blue ray protective glass? (or) no need any glass? My vision is perfect, When I close my right eye and see with left eye alone - My vision is perfect. When I close my left eye and see with my right eye alone - My vision is not perfect, I have slight blurred vision. Over all, I have a perfect vision with both eyes. I am not a diabetic. should I do anything?
