I wondered if i was fat or healthy ?

Hi, I am 5ft and my weight its nearly 7 stone. My thighs are about 20 inches and my waist varies but its about 30 inches. I wondered if i was fat or healthy. PLEASE ANSWER, any honestly say what you think. THANKYOU ;-)

You seem fat according to the stats shared. You need to eat healthy and do regular exercises to stay physically fit.

you should start both leg raising upwardly,cycling,brisk walk total for 45 minutes daily.take salades and fruits more in your diet.

Your weight is within normal limits with relation to your height. (7 x 6.35 kg+ 50 kg)
But you definitely should have some inch loss from both your thinghs and waist.
You may do muscle toning exercises like bed-cycling, i.e. cycling in air while lying on back for 15 minutes.
Swimming is good for thigh toning.

ther is more risk to cardiovascular if u have more fat over ur abdomen and waist. so try to get bit slimmer by controlling your diet and cardio exercises.include more fibres iin diet .avoid junk and fatty foods. drink plenty of water.

Your BMI is 21.9 which is normal. Normal is 18.4 to 24.9. Stay fit by exercising well and eating fresh fruits and vegetables.

Even though you have to lose few inches around specifeid areas it wont be enough if you just do workout only to specific areas.Atleast 20 min cardio workout should be done followed by exercises directed at thighs and waist. Otherwise it wont help in reduction much.Doing crunches for both upper and lower tummy in variation will help.Lunges are good form of workout for thighs other than cycling.
