Your pulse and BP are just fine. It is possible you slept on your hand which is making it feel numb and you may have chewed on your lip also. Did you have a bad dream? .You may not remember it but that would cause the symptoms you describe. If you continue to feel bad go to your local ER or call your Dr. You don't say if you have a history of heart disease or your age so it is hard to diagnose you with out more information.
