I Wet Myself All The Time.Reason?

I am 23 yrs old and I have been wetting myself for over a month now and have been having to wear pads because it is getting worse I don t even know when I have done it til I go to the bathroom later on. I am extremely emotional. My toes are so swollen it hurts to walk and they are starting to crack. I have severe headaches.. do these have anything to do with one another? What should I do?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

* The severity of urinary incontinence with a headache and swollen toes indicate possible issues with hormone levels most likely Anti-Diuretic hormone ( lack of production or receptor insensitivity at kidney level) with lesser possibilities of other CNS disorders.

* Immediate consultation with expert urologist and neurologist is mandatory to proceed for the solution of this grave disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
