I Went For A Pre-op Clearance And Failed My EKG.

I went for a pre-op clearance and failed my EKG. Abnormal P wave/possible atrium enlargement. QT is 404/420, QRS 82, PR 146. Heart rate 65. Normal BP is 109/75. P is 108. RR/PP 920/923. P/QRS/T 70/55/59 degrees.
The AVR or V4 has a broken line which ends going slightly up, stops and starts again slightly lower on the next small square.
My P wave isn't a pretty hill with a nice deep V; it's only 3 small squares and it looks like Mt Everest going down to the V (not a quick smooth drop). I also wonder if the break in V4 is "normal."
Echo today showed lots of red and blue with some flashes of yellow.
I'm an English teacher, the daughter of a deceased ER Nurse Supervisor, so I do medical research. Please don't hold back. I talk medical somewhat :)
