I was walking up two patio stairs to go in

I was walking up two patio stairs to go in the house, I opened the door and a dog came charging out . I flew backward down the two stairs landing on my right foot/leg very harshly. This was 2 weeks ago. The pain ( radiating from my outer knee down to my outer ankle and tingling numbness in outer toes and leg) is still there and seems to get more severe. I thought it was nerve pain, now things are popping around my ankle and knee - which are very far apart! , I feel throbbing in my calf. I have been limping for 2 weeks forcing myself to minimally drive! It is my right foot! It is barely BARELY weight bearing. I grumble when I have to move out of utter pain. I am thinking a fibula fracture? Why would I have 2 different areas - the ankle and knee be making weird sounds and sensations? Also, what are signs of blot clot or an anyerisum ? I feel a lot of strange sensations in my leg - sitting still!

67 yr old female; positive ANA Screen; Sed Rate elevated at 40; ALT 76; AST 65; ANA Titer 1:256 with mixed homogeneous, speckled and nucleolar ANA staining observed. Anti-DNA, Dbl Strand, C-Reactive Protein, Rheumatoid Factor and Hepatitis B & C all within normal ranges. 2011 CT of abdomen showed multiple scattered attenuation lesions within liver, sub-centimeter in size-likely cysts or hemangiomas. Dr. put me on plaquenil and is having an abdominal ultrasound done as well. Have great difficulty walking and climbing stairs. Is the ANA screen and sed rate related to the increased ALT and AST or am I dealing with two different things?

I had a colon resection 2 years ago. March of this year I started having pains on my left side. It hurts whether I am sitting standing laying. It is worse when I am walking, or climbing stairs. I have had a colonscopy and an upper gi and the doctor said he cant find anything. Can you please tell me what could be causing this.
