I was walking down the stairs when I felt something

I was walking down the stairs when I felt something grab my stomach. I looked down at it was just my left arm, but I couldn't feel it nor did I remember moving it. It felt fine when I moved it, but it felt kind of weird at the same time. I did some research but all things pointed to a heart attack so I'm scared now.

I fell down a flight of stairs Tuesday night and hurt the left side of my back. I have been resting, applying ice, taking ibruphen (spelling?) and have no pain when I walk. I am a very active person and wondered if its okay to go for my regular walk (about 2 miles)
