I was making cookies and had to use orange juice and noticed the Best By date was 4/15/18 and today is 5/2/18. It has to be mixed in with the batter and it was only a teaspoon. Mixed it up and me and my daughter both took a few licks of the batter and I read up on it and saw it’s not good to use orange juice after the best by date.. should I be worried about anything? If so what?
