I was hospitalized 3 days this week with a UTI. I had horrible, unbearable pain in my urethra and bladder walls and urine had blood and green pus in it for 2 days. Scans also found kidney stone in bladder. I also have interstitial cystitis and high tone pelvic floor dysfunction, which prevents me from emptying my bladder. What will be the possible results on my urine test? They sent it for a culture. I haven't heard anything. Also, I will undergo pelvic floor therapy but I can't find a pain management doctor. The ones recommended by my PCP and urologist turned me down. Can you tell me how I can find a pain management doctor? Your thoughts? I'm in great pain. Thank you.
