Excessive heat near pubic area, vibration and tight underwear, using very hot water for bath can also result in low sperm count and motility. The test that analyzes semen is "semen analysis."

Get a complete semen analysis done from a standard laboratory. It is the initial and most important investigation to detect fertility concerns in male. all the best.

yes lot of heat do ave an affect on the sperm production but its effect on fertility is not of concern. you get your sperm analysis done in any fertility center or consult a general physician and get your sperm test done. it will show the count, type and other necessary parameters so that you can know the status of your sperms
