I was always skinny and never felt bloated, please advice

hey -I m a female 23 yrs old I wuz always skinny and never felt bloated before until I hit my 23 two months ago-before my body wuz like whtever I eat never get bloated but now itz different since past 2 months ,I feel tired I thought I might be preganant cuz of the symptoms nausea headachs mood swings etc so I took 2 hpt they came out to be negative so I went to a doc for a blood test and urine test twice which also came out to be negative and I m on my periods but they are like week a head since last 2 months and I m so worried if itz not the pregnancy then what is it my body I never like this like bloated and all --before I use to eat as much as I want but still skinny no bloatness but what now pleaseeee do help me what is it -and ya i also feel cramps sometimes as well---
