Hi........Mr.motaleb..,welcome to HCM..,I have gone through your report..volume should be 2 ml (minimum), sperm count is o.k. minimum have 60 millions/ml (U Have 73 millions) ..Motility should be 80% or more (but U have only 55%) ..,pus cells o.k. 1-2/hpf not give any problem....Here U have volume less...., low motility.., infection in seminal fluid is also seen.........hence follow this treatment 1) Tab..Azithromycin 250 mg two times daily for 7 days to avoid infection 2) Tab. Clomiphene citrate 50 mg daily night times for 3 months to improve UR sperm count and motility 3) daily good exercise., good nutrition ..,good sleep(rest) will give very good result 5) avoid tight gene pants and underwear because it will increase the temperature in the testicles and influence on sperm count...., ok..good day

Psychiatrist Dr. B. P. Sinha's  Response
I don't think any wrong in your semen count, no body's semen is 100% normal in count. only one energetic sperm is needed to fertilise the matured ovum [egg]. You go on living your normal sexual life, fruit will come in due course.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. R. Rehan Baig's  Response
Dear motaleb,
Thank you for your query.
Do not worry as your report is normal, except for a mild infection. So, take a course of appropriate antibiotics from your treating doctor. You have not given information about your age. Only then, I can tell weather you can become a father.
Feel free to contact HealthcareMagic, if you have additional queries.
wish you good health.

I feel you liquefaction time is a bit more as it has to be 30-50 mins at the max. 60 mins. has a poor fertlisation percentage.

Please see if you can get an In Vitro Fertlisation done where you have many options like Intra-Uterine Injections which would be helpful in your case, I would suggest you see an Infertility Specialist who can guide you better on this.
