hi , welcome to HCM
if you have 2 children n you dont want more then you should to tubectomy. as copper T has some coplication also , it cause urinary or uterine infection.
tubectomy helps you for life time n it has no side effect n complication.

Hi
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There r many ways for Birth Control, like:
1. IUDs (loops): including the Copper T or the Nova T, they give efficiency from 95%, Most failures are during the first 3 months after insertion, so I would like to suggest the usage of Condoms in those 3 months accompanied with IUD insertion. There action is doing some sort of chronic inflammation in the wall of uterus so fertilized ova can't be implanted.
2. OCP: Pills are good & have high efficiency, they contain hormones (estrogen & progesterone), but there disadvantage that they will cause re-assortment of ur body fat from the female pear shaped to the male apple shaped body.
3. Local Methods: like Condoms, Diaphragms, ... etc

U have to consult ur obstetrician to choose the best method suiting ur case & health
Thanks

Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

There are multiple options of contraception Copper T is one of the methods where a medicinal instrument is inserted into the uterus , which can prevent the pregnancy.Oral contraceptive pills can be a good choice for you.
Please visit your Gynecologist and get one of these methods.

Take care.
