Hello.Welcome to HCM forum.Ideally your weight should be around 77 kgs and this means you have to add around 22 kg more.This is a large amount and you should not achieve it by only eating.if you don't do exercises and resort to eating only then you will add weight disproportionately and you won't look smart and healthy.you may develop pot belly in such circumstance.Take the help of a professional like a weight trainer and add muscles and weight prerly.Thanks and good luck.
