I want to become fat i am 27 1 baby 1 year old my wait is 43 kg only after delevety. i am looking veryy thin. I feel so bad.

Why should you feel bad Shubha? Get good amount of proteins inyour diet. Like Dal, Pulses, etc. Good amount of milk is also required for you. Do take it.
