Welcome to healthcare magic.For starters follow these simple rules.Donot skip your breakfast.Drink plenty of water.Have one glass of water before meals so you feel full.Have light dinner.Minimum 2 hours gap between dinner and sleep.Try not not to eat fried food and sweets.when you crave for sweets have fruit .Instead of having 3 huge meals take 5 mini meals.Switch to brown bread instead of white.Have cereals for breakfast rarther than parata.
Exercise is important.Do skipping, on spot jogging/stretching workouts at home if you cant go to the gym.Daily exercise for 20 minutes minimum.

welcome to healthcare magic.Do not worry if you are unable to take stringent measures to lose your weight. In a way that causes more harm. I can suggest you a very simple household regime, might be of some help if you do it religiously. Morning empty stomach big glassfull of lukewarm water with dash of honey and some lemon in it. Followed by some citrus fruit's juice(orange). Then have a wholesome breakfast.Lunch mix of veggies and protiens and carbohydrates. Try reducing carbohydrates( rice/ chappatis), after evening. Binge on salads, can add cabbages, they are fillers but less cal.In between, when feel like munching, have fruits, preferably watermelon.Try have small portions but frequent rather than heavy meals just thrice a day. Take plenty of water.This might show some effect but very slow, but quite safe.
