I ve noticed when bending my back, my legs and general body starts shaking.

I ve noticed when bending my back, my legs and general body starts shaking. I thought at first it was only when i bent my legs/crouched but i found when keeping my legs perfectly upright and slightly tilting/bending the upper part of my body downwards, i would start to tremble. I m not in any pain what so ever, but it can make me a little unbalanced. I m not overweight , but i would consider myself very unfit and weak. I m wondering if a lack of exercise is the issue ?

My body shakes from shoulders to legs..when i lean forward this happens,when I lean backwards the shakes stop

Welcome to HealthcareMagic. First of all i would advice you to hold whatever physical activities you were onto untill fully diagnosed.The problem of shaky legs or weak legs, are they very recent. Do you consider it as weakness or trembling? Is it more proximal ie..more towards the hip or something restricted to below the knee? See it could be something of muscular/neurological origin. Get initially your salt/ electrolyte-sodium/pottasium/calcium etc levels checked, as these are very common cause of this kind of problems.If you find them normal and your problem keeps bothering you more, then further your queries to neurologist.Get well soon.
