It can be any thing like gastritis,or anemia ,but to reach correct diagnosis you must consult some good physician. It needs investigation ,followed by treatment.

3 days ago I had an erotic massage from a prostitute in Amsterdam, which involved her putting a condom on me with her mouth. I was inebriated and completely regret this decision. Prior to this experience I have had no sexual relations (other than kissing). I m now panicking about the possibility of having picked up an STD. I went to a clinic the day after the massage, but they said they couldn t test for anything as it was too soon. I m currently out of my mind with worry and unable to focus on anything else Description of what happened: She asked me to remove my clothes and lie on the bed. She then removed my underwear and procured a condom. I have no idea about the reliability of this condom. She then proceeded to put the condom on with her mouth. I actually asked her not to do this, but she said she was clean and did it anyway. It looked like she put the tip of the condom in her mouth and then bent down to me, and then rolled it onto my penis with her mouth (if that makes sense). I m hoping that in this process she did not contact the inside of the condom with her mouth, or contact my penis with her mouth but I am not sure. Once it was on, she used some oil/lube (not sure), to masturbate me. She was wearing no clothes and sat on my leg as she did this. I could feel her vagina on my right thigh (near the knee). She also encouraged me to lick/suck her breasts and nipples, although she said to be gentle as they were new . The massage lasted around 10 minutes. After I completed, she slid the condom off. It did not appear to be broken. My concerns are as follows: 1) I was inebriated and the lighting was poor, so I don t know if she had any cold sores in her mouth. Assuming the worst case, that she had a cold sore, what are my chances of having picked up genital herpes from her putting the condom on with her mouth? I am very concerned about the possibility that she left saliva on the inside of the condom or that her mouth touched my penis as she unrolled the condom. Additionally, what are my chances of getting genital herpes from this if she had oral herpes but was asymptomatic at the time? 2) I am currently not displaying any symptoms of herpes. If I do not exhibit any symptoms in the next 2 weeks, then what are the chances that I am an asymptomatic carrier, and I could still pass it on? Do I tell future partners that I may be an asymptomatic carrier? 3) When sucking her nipples I don t think I felt any secretions. However, I was intoxicated and may have just assumed any secretions were my own saliva. Her nipples felt very erect - I dont know if this is because she was lactating. I ve read that there is an HIV risk with ingesting breast secretions/breast milk. What are my risks of HIV? 4) What the chances that I could contract genital herpes or something else from her vagina on my thigh? This contact was quite prolonged (for the duration of the massage basically - 10 minutes). 5) I ve read that massage oil compromises the integrity of condoms. I am not sure what combination of oil/condom she used, but what are the risks that I may have picked up something due to a compromised condom (e.g., possibility of her saliva being rubbed through the condom?) 6) What else am I at risk of, and what should I be concerned about? Thanks if you ve read this far. I d really appreciate some qualified advice and look forward to hearing back

I am sexually active, and I ve never had any signs or symptoms of STDs (was tested clean about 5 months ago). My partner is clean as well. I have a line of skin on the underside of each of the labia majora that has always felt a little rough-- I just assumed that was part of my anatomy. I recently looked at my vulva in the mirror the other day, and one of those two lines looked very bumpy -- it didn t look like sores or anything like that; it looked almost like the skin had been chewed up, or like tiny, tiny goosebumps -- something like that. When I stretch the affected skin out, it looks more like ridges in the skin. I don t know if this is normal (I don t look at my vulva very often), although the odd-looking skin is in exactly the place where I tend to feel itch when I have general irritation (even when there s no yeast/bacterial infection). Currently, it doesn t itch, and it doesn t hurt, and I don t have any signs or symptoms of an STD. Any idea what this could be?

Hello, I am a 23 year old man and worried I have contracted an STD. Four months ago I had one unprotected sexual encounter with a female. To give a timeline I will call the day of this encounter day 0. On day 4 and 5 I started noticing some loss of feeling in the tip of my penis. I also lost a lot of sexual desire. The final symptom was a discomfort when sitting down in the prostate area. All symptoms occurred only when sitting, when standing and walking there was no pain in my prostate area. On day 9 I was tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia and the results came back negative. Although, the doctor that gave me my std test said it may be too early to pick up the infection so that worried me. I have a girlfriend who I see on weekends and we have sex 2-5 times a weekend. I say this because 3 weeks after the encounter I told her and she was tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia on day 23. Again, we had sex nearly every day of every weekend after my encounter and before she was tested, these days include 2,3,4,10,11,12,17,18,19. Her results also came back negative. So here I am 4 months later and I have all normal sensitivity in my penis but sitting down is sometimes uncomfortable. There feels to be a pressure in my urethra and discomfort below my scrota. Now there is also mild and intermittent pain/burning while urinating. Sometimes there is a a dripping feeling as well in my urethra but never have I had any discharge whatsoever. I feel like I urinate a little more frequently and my urine is darker than normal (I think). There is also more than normal discomfort in my bladder when it is full when sitting, bending over or pushing on my bladder. One other thing I d like to note, and another possible explanation for these symptoms, is that 2 months before the sexual encounter I started my first desk job where I sat in an office chair for 45 hours a week. 1 month after the encounter I was done with the job and went back to school. Also, During the job I was staying in a hotel where I slept naked mostly every night. So my questions are 1.) Could sitting for 45 hours a week for 2 months cause these symptoms and some condition rather than an STD? 2.)Could sleeping naked in hotel sheets that were changed weekly cause these symptoms and some condition rather than an STD? Could the blanks have been dirty and I contracted something through them? 3.) Did I go in too early to get a reliable STD test result? If not I should probably get another rather than consulting other help? 4.) Are my girlfriends results possibly negative because of going in too early to be tested as well? 5.) If you do not think this is an STD what could it be and how could it have been caused? 6.) I have also heard of physical symptoms that occur because of emotional guilt. Which is hard for me to believe but would make sense because of the fact that I cheated on my girlfriend and told her. I was stressing out very much so about the fact that I may have given both of us an std. I also still feel very shameful and beat myself up. Is that true or possible? 7.) I seem young (23) to have prostate problems unrelated to STDs but I ve been reading it isn t impossible, how often do prostate problems occur for men in their early 20s? Thank you very much for your time and expertise.

Hello, I am a 24 yr old female and roughly 173 pounds. My Psychiatrist recently switched me from Ritalin to Focalin. I am on the generic form of Focalin. Four days ago, I experienced a near fainting spell. My hearing became muffled and I started having hot/cold sweats. I had to immediately sit down and sip on Gatorade. I ended up vomiting 3 times after my near fainting spell. Two nights ago, I had a similar re-occurance. I ended up profusely vomiting more than the previous spell. I have currently been on the Focalin for a week and am experiencing these random spells and at times a sour stomach. What should I do?
