Hi Sahil, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Masturbation is absolutely normal and it wont have any adverse effect on your future sexual life, you will be able to father a child, it wont cause impotency or weakness. . Do it only when you are sexually aroused may be twice or thrice a week. Your History suggests you have a bend penis, which is called Peyronie's Disease, which happens if there is a fibrous scar tissue development under the skin of penis. The cause for this not known. Consult a urologist, so that he can examine you and suggest a ultrasound if necessary to confirm it. Your treating doctor would know better. The treatment includes steroids injection into the scar tissue or suggest surgery if necessary.
Hope I have answered your query, I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Wish you Good Health.
