I Use To Have Motion 3-4 Per Days And I Feel Sick
hello sir i have problem of doing latrin 3 to four time in a day 2 times in the morning , one after lunch , two times in the evening i have no pain , have good sleep also but i feel sick and power less thhis problem repeats itself after 2 or 3 months.. please help me !!

dear friend,
if you are hard stools, you should follow good diet. it will help you to have a good motion. do not take food that are junk etc. eat only 3 times a day at proper times do not be irregular with time of food.
