welcome to health care magic, you are suffering from restless leg causes uncontrollable desire to move limbs to avoid unpleasant sensation. It is more rampant during most instant ,itis without any cause but some disorders are encountered in small percentage of patients like peripheral neuropathy ,parkinsons disease, iron deficiency anaemia and so better do some investigation like CBC,iron profile,s.creatinine to evaluate condition. you may help from gabapentin, pregabalin, for insomnia darmicum or clonazepam. others treatment depends on findings of investigations.I would like to hear further of your condition.

welcome to HealthcareMagic
Aching in arms and legs can be due to deficiency of vitamins and calcium;and if you are anaemic so get your blood tested for anaemia and if the haemoglobin is ow then you have to start on iron supplements or tablet. Also for the pain in legs and arms at night start on some multivitamin and calcium tablets and hope fully you should feel fine in few days.
