Firstly get a Pregnancy test done to confirm if you are pregnant or not. If you are not pregnant you can wait for 7-10 days after stopping the drug for your period to come. There may be some hormonal disturbance due to the medication as well which can prolong periods. If you are pregnant then the stress and hormonal imbalance may be causing this problem also vaginal infection should be ruled out. Consult your Gynaecologist after doing Pregnancy Test.
