I took all my pills correct but didn't have a period? Pregnant?

Hi I'm on the contraceptive pill microgynone, i take them all correctly and i havent missed any. Last month i didn't have a normal period, it was the tiniest amount of blood and only lasted about a day, i did get the usual cramps and pains, but barely any blood. Does this mean i could be pregnant?

Hi.. Oral contraceptive pills can cause irregular menstrual cycles. It could also have occured due to stress factors too.. Pregnancy has to considered if you have  had unprotected sexual intercourse and the best way of knowing it, is by getting the pregnancy tests.. I would suggest you to go for the tests if you have had unprotected sex and worried of  pregnancy...
