I Took All My Pills Correct But Didnt Have A Period, Please Suggest

I took all my pills correct but didn't have a period? Pregnant?

Hi I'm on the contraceptive pill microgynone, i take them all correctly and i havent missed any. Last month i didn't have a normal period, it was the tiniest amount of blood and only lasted about a day, i did get the usual cramps and pains, but barely any blood. Does this mean i could be pregnant?

I would suggest you to go for the tests if you have had unprotected sex and worried of  pregnancy...
