I Take Tylenol, Is This Normal ?

Its 5 am and i am still awake. I can only get to sleep if I take tylenol pms. If i dont take them i cant fall asleep until like 7 am :( is this normal?

you seem to be suffering from insomnia and it is definitely not normal get yourself evaluated thoroughly as there are many causes for insomnia and your body definitely needs rest to function properly so do not neglect it.
