I suffer from extremely excessive flatulence and I thought it

I suffer from extremely excessive flatulence and I thought it may be down to a gluten intolerance or a lactose intolerance. I cut out dairy and gluten and for a few days had no issues whatsoever however the flatulence has now returned and I’m not sure what to do. Could this be because of the damage I did to my body when I was eating gluten and dairy and will it go away if I just avoid gluten and dairy?

HI I suffer from excessive flatulence and painful trapped wind. This occurs about once a week and can last for two days. I cannot isolate the foods that cause this problem but do avoid most of the potential culprits like beans, broccoli etc . I have been prescribed mebeverine which seems to have little impact. Any advice would be more than welcome! Dave
