I started to get hart palpitations & I felt very hot

Hi I am a female 26 year old, I do about 3.5g of speed on fri n sat night. never had a problem with it no come down just a touch of being tired. I went out as normal had a few drinks did my usual lines of speed (base n then i dry it out) But I started to get heart palpitations, when i went home the sat morning I began feeling very sick and my chest was hurting like very strong palpitations n I felt very hot. I had a bath and relaxed in bed took a couple of rennies which seemed to help. then fell asleep for a couple of hours (which i never do on it) When i woke the sickness had gone n I no longer felt hot, but the heart palpitatons are still here, not as strong n they dont hurt but its more like flutters n I noticing it. Ive checked my heart rate n its 73 on resting. I didnt do too much speed that night or drink to much with it. so I have no idea why ? thanks for looking hopefully some one will have advice x
