Hi, I started shaving down there a while ago, it started getting really itchy an red and sore. now there are these little bumps, the itching just gets worse an worse. theres now discolouration an im worried

it is infection because you have not used proper antiseptic solution before that, now use neosporin power or ointment there and also calamine lotion you apply in the night.
