I snore a lot at times (my husband told me) and I read where snoring can lead to high blood pressure. My Doctor told me I am in that range recently. I do things though to keep it down by stop having green tea before bed time. I do not believe in blood pressure pills although prescribed as one can look at life style and do things about it. How dangerous to your health snoring is. I am 65 looking like 40.

My marriage is on the rocks due to me keeping my husband up with my moaning and snoring. It has happened regularly for awhile. He don t want to wear ear plugs. Last night he said I was moaning and snoring and I thought I was awake. With this happening a lot there are times I try to stay up until he goes to sleep to see if it helps and I try to go to sleep afterwards. That don t work because I wake him up. What can I do because I really don t want to wear a machine but I want to have my marriage back?
I sleep well eveything night but apparently I snore... a lot, says my husband. I snore with my mouth closed. But very loud. I am not overweight, I drink plenty of water and I eat clean. I just tried the breathe right straps and they don t work. Any suggestions?
My roommate and her boyfriend have been bothering me about my sleep habits...apparently I moan, occasionally snore like a trucker and jostle around quite a lot. I m a deep sleeper and others have told me this before. What causes this? Is there any emotional or spiritual connection?
