I Realize A Bump Down There Where They Stitched Me Up, Would It Be Infected ?

I just gave birth about 3 weeks ago. The doctor had to stitch me up. As of now my bleeding had stopped, but a couple days ago I realize a bump down there where they stitched me up. In between of my vagina and the other hole. About the size of a pea. Would it be infected? I cleanse everyday...

Hello,
You need to see your obstsetrician again to make sure that there is no infection.It could be an abscess and needs to be ruled out.keep the area clean with an antiseptic and use betadine ointment on it.
