I pee alot after eating sweets but my blood sugar level is low

I pee alot after eating alot of pasta or sweets but have a low blood sugar leval when this happens. I am 47 175lbs. I exercise and eat well. No drugs or drinking. Yet when I eat lots of pasta or have too much sweets, I end up peeing alot and get head aches if bad enough symtoms. I check my blood level when this happens, the average reading is about 65 to 85 from the test strip. The symtoms last a few hours to a couple days. What could this be?

It is better to avoid things which make you suffer . Certain foods when consumed increases blood supply to stomach & kidney ,or have some diuretic effect also. .your blood sugar should be around 100 .

welcome to healthcaremagic forum
you need not to worry
it is nothing but body normal response to some diuretics food
these food has particular property to induce urination
so you dont need to do any test as you are normal,
high water intake and cool environment also increase this.
i hope i have answered your question .

welcome to health care magic
pasta and sweets are all made from cornflour ,,very bad for stomach ,liver and intestine.actually it depend upon your immunity for digestion.your liver sounds very sensitive so you pee a lot after that or you can say its your body indicating you not have food like that ,,so mind your eating,,these all make acid in ur body thats why you feel headaches option is take care of your eating habits as your liver is sensitive.
take care
