I Noticed Redness On My Urethra Now It Is Gotten A Little Redder And A Little Swollen

Hi I had protected sex about 3 weeks ago, and after i noticed redness on my urethra , and now it s gotten a little redder and a little swollen at times, but no irritation. i ve also noticed that i have jock itch, and at times a small clear discharge from the tip of my penis. help please.

Get it examined, you might be having some infection, Drink lots of water. Apply caladryl lotion for soothing releif but it will not be helpful to eradicate infection.
