I missed one month periods now having heavy periods. What could be the reason ?
Soaking a pad in 2 hours or including a tampon. Missed my period in January what is going on? I have had my tubes tides for 5 years now and i missed my january period. Now my period is very heavy soaking through super plus tampons in 2 hours and thin pads also in two hours. Help!!!F

If you are above 40,then you could be peri menopausal where irregular,heavy bleeding is possible.But if you are still in the reproductive age group,first thing take a pregnancy test to rule out failure of contraception.Next you need to get an ultrasound to look for pathology like fibroids etc.
