Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You could be suffering from seborrheic dermatitits where there is excessive oilyness of face and sometimes pustule formation. Also there is increased dandruff formation. You have not mentioned clearly about the skin infection of foot. Is it between toes, It is possible it is fungal infection with possible super added bacterial infection in such cases. Do keep your feet dry. Avoid sweat accumulation, Change socks regularly, Shower regularly. You may need anti-fungal cream to use in that area. Regarding Dandruff, if it is part of Seborrheic dermatitis, you need Ketoconazole shampoo and possibly steroid ointment as well. Avoid sun exposure. Eat plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. If you have Acne, you will benefit from Isotretinoin. Do consult your Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and management according to the cause and also discuss these treatment options.

Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. You have three unrelated symptoms. You must consult a dermatologist for diagnosis of the infection on your foot and get medicines accordingly. For pimples also you can take advice, till than avoid oily fatty food, wash your face with a face wash several times a day, avoid going out in sun and dust without a sunscreen lotion and drink plenty of water. For dandruff you can use any good anti dandruff shampoo. Wish you good health.
