Hi. Welcome to HCM. This looks like scabies to me. tell me for how long have you been having this problem. Does any of your roommates or family members too have this problem? Are your finger webs also itchy? Is the itching worse at night? If yes, then apply Permit 5% cream all over your body below neck at night and wash off in the morning. Ask your roommate/ family members to do this treatment as well. In addition take tab atarax 25mg once daily at night for 2 weeks. See me after 2 weeks or if there is no improvement in 3-4 days. It is always advisable to meet a dermatologist for follow up.
