I just started with chest pain on the left side it’s been over an hour and it still hasn’t gone away. I don’t feel any shortness of breath, I don’t feel nauseous or any numbness in my arms back or jaw or neck. It’s just my left side of my chest.

My name is Nikki. Long story short, for 20 yrs I had an over active thyroid and didn t know it. Because it effected my heart I ve seen dozens of cardiologist , all just about killed me. Lots of test with iodine . I no longer have a thyroid but I still have way too many PVC s. At the peak I was having over 58,000 of them in a 24 hour period. I know they got bad again last night because I was riding my bike up a hill and I started getting the chest pains. The chest pains are still lasting this morning. I wish there was something I could take or a doctor I could find that could help me.
I am 57yrs old female, wt 45kg ht 1.56 m. I ve RAI a yr ago and was on thyroxine 50 mcg then increased to 75mcg 6mths ago but started getting chest pain and radiates to upper rt gum which felt like numbness in the gum . This lasted a couple of minutes. Then bld test showed need to reduce thyroxine to 50mcg daily. Still getting chest pain/discomfort again a couple of times daily . No family history of any heart problems. Is this normal when one is on thyroxine? I cannot have thyroxine dosage reduced any further as my T4 will be low .(itried one period on 37.5mcg (half of a 75mcg tablet ....for 3wks and had no chest pain but I started to have constipation and I took 50 mcg again , 2wks later bld test done confirm T4 is sl. low)
I recently had heart bypass surgery about 3 and a half months ago. Five weeks ago, I underwent a procedure called cardio version for an atrial fibrillation condition I developed one month after my surgery. However, about a week ago I started experiencing a recurrence of chest pains which I had prior to my heart surgery. I am currently travelling in China and now back to taking nitrates to relieve the chest discomfort. I thought the bypass already took care of the artery blockage problem. But now I feel back to square one. What could be happenning? Are my arteries blocked again? A blood clot perhaps blocking new arteries? Or is possible failure of grafted veins during the bypass? What is going on?
