Hello.
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.
If you are having this infection for last ten years then a local cream or suppository is not likely to give you much relief. You need oral tab. Fluconazole 150mg to be taken once a week for 3-5 weeks consecutively along with Tab. Azithromycin 1gm only once.
