Grey hair can be due to heredity, due to improper diet tension and also due to chronic coryza. Increase your immunity have healthy diet and get rid of your coryza. In Ayurveda we use mahalakshami vilas ras with gold 1 bd swamla 1 tsf and have punarnava mandur 1 bd.
