I Have Very Painful Salty Eyes. Do I Need Medical Attention ?

Please i m Douglas a guy 24yrs and i have very salty eyes for past two days.its really painful and i cant help it.

You might have conjunctivitis causing problem,
Clean eyes and put some antibiotic drops and take some analgesic.
if there is no improvement go for antibiotic course of medicine.
