I Have Upper Abdominal Cramping/pain But No Other Health Issue

I have upper abdominal cramping/pain and a bulge about 3 inches above my navel and to the right of center. 6 years ago I had a hernia surgically repaired with mesh. On days where I take it easy and do a lot of sitting I do not experience pain. Over the last 3 years when I am on my feet for several hours and active is when the symptoms appear. I have regular bowel movements, no blood sugar issues. No more gas than usual. Really no other health issues. ????
