I have pain that comes and goes. It feels like the back of my tounge and sore around the jaw line. I thought I might have felt a lump but not sure to tell the difference. I am overseas and do smoke. I considered throat cancer but do not see any spots either white or red in my mouth. However its starting to increase when I smoke. I have cut back a lot but still addicted so I have one here and there. Please help!!
the symptoms you say are not primarily of throat cancer. change of voice is most important. you may be suffering from nonspecific problems related to smoking and acidity.reduce smoking , take antacid and see.
