Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Do you have any pain in the upper abdomen and inside the chest. You could be suffering from dyspepsia due to gastritis, acid reflux or even gall bladder or liver disease as these can also cause itching. You can take Cetrizine if the itching is much. Avoid spicy food. Eat bland cool food like yoghurt, fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Exercise daily. Try to get 6-8 hours of refreshing sleep. Do Yoga, Pranayam to relax and stay stress free.
