I Have This Dry Red Patch And Purple Spot In The Middle On My Leg, Should I Be Concerned ?

I have this dry red patch and purple spot in the middle on my leg. Sometimes it swells and is painful other times it may itch and then some days it s fine I ve had it for over a year and when I first got it it was black. I went to the doctor and they told me it was a bug bite but come on bug bites don t last a year. it s getting bigger and turning more purple. Should I be concerned ?

Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
It appears to be a fungal infection or Lichen planus. Are you taking any medication for hypertension or diabetes. Kindly get the lesion examined by a Dermatologist. Please post back on the results. Thanks.
