Hello and welcome to hcm forum,
The tartar on teeth may be due to-
Improper brushing technique.
Oral habits like tobacco/pan chewing.
Medications taking.
I would advice you to get your teeth cleaned by a dentist.
Use soft-bristled toothbrush and clean your teeth involving all aspects of teeth.
Discontinue use of tobacco/pan chewing.
Maintain good oral hygiene.
Take care.

Dentist Dr. Qazi Ammara's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Tartar on the teeth occurs due to poor oral hygiene.
I would suggest you to visit Dentist and get the checkup done, go for complete oral prophylaxis in every six months.
Brush your teeth twice daily.
Use antiseptic mouthwash gargles twice daily.

Hope this helps out.

Regards..
