Hi Shearine
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

When is your last menstrual period?
If you are pregnant you cannot have periods. If you have a slight spotting , its possible that you can be pregnant or you have menstrual irregularities due to any contraceptive pill.

With a negative pregnancy test its unlikely you could be pregnant. As you have spotting , it is important to visit your Gynecologist for physical examination and evaluation.

Take care.
