I have so much neck, back, stomach, hip, hand, knee

I have so much neck, back, stomach, hip, hand, knee and ankle pain. And I don’t know what it’s from. I barely eat but I feel like I have to throw up all the time. I toss and turn most of the night because I can’t get my neck and/or back to get comfortable. I’m only 17 years old and I don’t know what’s going on with me

The joints of my hips, knee, neck, back and more recently, my feet and hands are excruciatingly painful. I am female, 58 years old, moderately active (try to walk 5+ miles a day, have a VERY healthy diet, don t drink alcohol, but smoke cigarettes. I have had spinal fusion surgery about two years ago and feel that although the numbness has gone away, the neck pain is still severe. I ve asked my GP repeatedly to check my thyroid functions, as I believe with my low caloric intake and my excercise level, I should be able to lose weight. There is a family history of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Could I be doing more damage by continuing to walk (through the pain)?

I am having severe soreness and stiffness in my knees, hips, elbows, back and neck. It originally started in just one knee and one elbow. It has now progressed to the other areas stated above. I have gluten intolerance, osteopenia, and migraines. I recently was placed on a low dose blood pressure medication for high blood pressure. I also recently stopped taking Trokendi 200 mg and Vyvanse. The soreness and stiffness are so bad that it is making it hard for me to go up and down stairs that I have in my home.
